Welcome to our Montessori Mother's Well-Being Classes, where we give you a Montessori experience and we prioritise nurturing your mind and body. Join us for sessions focused on connection, relaxation, art activities and nervous system regulation, all while enjoying cake and tea in a warm, loving environment. In true Montessori style you will have a choice of what activities you engage in. If all you want to do is sit, observe and eat cake then that's what you shall do with support from Cindy. Embrace the care and support you deserve as we cultivate a space filled with warmth and connection. Come and experience the joy of self-care with us!

What can I expect from the retreat?

The retreats are two hours long.

The first half of the class will be an invitation to take part in soothing and relaxing exercises such as breathing, tapping and journaling. The second half you will be invited to choose from activities such as drawing, painting, wool felting, reading, nail painting plus many others  and do them at your own pace. 

​

Why shall I attend a Mother's Wellbeing Class?

The simple answer: to feel better straightaway. Leave our class feeling nurtured, refreshed and more like yourself. 

The longer answer: we share our nervous system with our family and our children model theirs onto ours. As soon as our nervous system is more balanced our children's will be as well. Parenting gets easier because we not only feel better and are more patient but also because our children feel better and calmer thanks to the invisible chat between our nervous systems. 2 birds-one stone!

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring any resources that make you feel safe.

Cindy provided a peaceful environment to relax in, I learnt some new techniques and took time for me. It was a lovely welcome experience and a great escape from the stress of Christmas prep.
